It’s been a year of big growth for us individually and collectively at Chandler Coaches. Julie Ann and I have an even stronger relationship and commitment to our work. And we have another full year of living proof that our conscious leadership work helps leaders thrive at a deep and sustainable level that other coaching and training programs cannot touch.
With COVID as our continual backdrop, we’ve been zigging and zagging like many of you. The constraints have stretched us AND have given us greater empathy for the business leaders we coach who face formidable challenges on the daily.
Our offerings for 2022 are our response to what we see leaders needing most.
Here are five ways you can work with us this year:
#1: 1:1 Leadership Coaching
The constantly changing environment has leaders wanting very custom support. While I (Lisa) have gotten away from 1:1 coaching in recent times in favour of the power of our Forums, I am opening a few spots for leaders who want coaching right now. Julie Ann has limited capacity also. Often, leaders will tell us they feel much stronger after a single session.
Don’t wait until your schedule feels free (that doesn’t really happen without intention!). Book a complimentary thrive session now to experience coaching and make a plan. These limited spaces will not be available for long. Book now and tell a more empowered story about yourself and your leadership in the very near-term.
#2: Coach to Thrive
This is our new 2-day coach training program for managers/leaders. We created it because leaders in our Thriving Leader Forums tell us that learning coaching skills has transformed the way they lead. Coaching their teams energizes them and their team members versus the drain they previously felt. Results improve dramatically when good energy flows.
Our first in-person session will take place on April 8th and 22nd in our beautiful downtown Charlottetown space.
Two days in your calendar can change the course of your leadership forever.
#3: Thriving Leader Forums
Our Forums are our signature program. Leaders in our Forums often join because they feel, on some level, that they are not strong enough and that they must hide their insecurity. Very quickly in our Forum, they realize they are not alone. From this safe foundation of acceptance and deep support, we watch leaders transform themselves into self-accepting, courageous leaders who can face hard things, thrive AND create big impacts.
Because our Forums are a year-long, in-person experience, we decided to release our expectations of a winter cohort and are enrolling leaders for Fall 2022. Book a complimentary Thrive Session to discuss your fit for one of our fall Forums.
#4: Thriving Leader Alumni
Leaders who graduate from our Thriving Leader Forums often feel very fulfilled yet want to keep deepening their practice in a trusted leader community. Our Alumni program offers quarterly in person, half day, deep-dive practice time to work on real issues in a safe to learn/fail space. We’re opening up a new section for recent graduates and those who want to return. If you’re feeling ready to practice in a deeply supportive and lovingly challenging space, we’d love to have you join. #5: Custom Programming
